You must abide by the venues rules on social distancing, and this may mean being allocated a seat upon arrival.
Tickets are sold for the comedy night as an event and not for individual comedians. Line-ups are subject to change.
In the event of an advertised headliner not showing up or cancelling within 48 hours before the live comedy event, the option of a full refund or a transfer of the tickets to the next Full Frontal Comedy pro show will be given. Please note that the acts are contracted freelancers booked through an agency, and Full Frontal Comedy cannot be held responsible for any individuals actions.
Please respect the acts, host and your fellow customers by keeping conversation noise levels to a minimum during the show. Repeated disturbances may result in your ejection from the building.
Although discouraged, you may take single shot pictures during the show, but video and audio recording of performances is strictly prohibited without prior permission. If you are asked to stop by staff or artists, and continue to do so may result in your ejection from the building.
Please respect the neighbours when you leave the venue.
Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancelled show due to unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather conditions we will look to rearrange the date of the tickets or refund. Refunds take 5-7 working days to process.
By purchasing tickets and attending the event you promise to adhere and abide by the Terms of the Event.
Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Use of multiple vouchers. Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
Use of promotional codes. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
Email vouchers. Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.
Voucher redemption. Tickets must be pre-booked. Vouchers can only be redeemed online.
Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Change is given as credit applied to the original voucher in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the tickets purchase – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £15 ticket.
Ticket availability. Vouchers do not guarantee that tickets will be available to holders at all upcoming events. Seats will only be secured once a ticket has been booked, so it is recommended to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellation. In the event that a show needs to be cancelled by Full Frontal Comedy, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 24 months. In the event that the voucher holder decides not to attend an event booked using the voucher no refund shall be given.
Promotions. If a voucher is issued due to a qualified promotional purchase which the buyer later is refunded, the gift voucher becomes invalid.
Event Terms. When booking tickets for an event using vouchers, the voucher holder must also agree to the event terms found at https://ffc.re/terms
Age restrictions. Membership is only available to those of 16 years old and over.
Code of Conduct. You must treat all members with respect, and any abuse will result in membership being revoked.
Seating and Grouping. Whilst every effort will be put in place that you are sat with or near your group of friends, this cannot be guaranteed.
Experiences. If a member decides to share their experience with other members, through words or pictures, this may be used in future advertising from Full Frontal Comedy and it's affiliates. If the members experience has been chosen to be used in such a way, rest assured that the members permission will be asked first beforehand.
Eligibility. This loyalty program is open to all registered members of our website. Membership is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined here.
Enrollment Customers are automatically enrolled in the loyalty scheme upon the purchase of their first ticket through our website. No additional registration is required.
Earning Loyalty Stamps For every individual ticket purchased for our shows with a face value over £5, the customer earns one loyalty stamp. The purchase must be made under the customer's registered account to qualify for loyalty stamps.
Redemption of Free Ticket Once a customer has collected 8 loyalty stamps, they are entitled to one free ticket, subject to availability. The free ticket can be claimed for any show listed as eligible for the loyalty scheme redemption.
Sequential Loyalty Card System Loyalty stamps are collected on a sequential basis. Once a customer accrues 8 stamps and is eligible for a free ticket, they must redeem this ticket before stamps can be accumulated for a subsequent free ticket. For instance, if a customer purchases 10 tickets in a single transaction, they will receive 8 stamps filling one card and will not start collecting towards a second card until the free ticket from the completed card has been redeemed.
Expiry of Stamps Loyalty stamps must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of the first stamp earned. Unused stamps will expire after 12 months.
Non-Transferability Stamps are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them. Stamps cannot be combined with or transferred to other accounts.
Modification of Terms We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Privacy Your privacy is important to us. The information collected in this program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitations and Exclusions Free tickets are subject to availability and may be limited during certain shows or dates. We reserve the right to exclude specific shows from the loyalty scheme at our discretion.
